How wedding & event venues use virtual tours
Remote family decisions
Share a single link with relatives and planners in other cities and abroad.
Capacity and layout hotspots
Add hotspots with seating capacities, dimensions or layout options for each space.
Fewer wasted site visits
Shortlisted families arrive already familiar with the venue, so visits focus on details.

Questions from wedding & event venues
Can you capture the venue during an event?
Usually we capture when the venue is empty for privacy and clarity. Capturing a dressed setup is possible with the client's consent and when guests are not present.
Can couples see floor plans?
Floor-plan style experiences are possible with some 3D capture approaches, scoped on request.
